Artificial intelligence,
operational

We help your organization move from experiments to results: choosing the use cases that matter, integrating artificial intelligence into your tools and your data, training your teams, and keeping control of costs, security and compliance.

Neural network and artificial intelligence circuits
Our conviction

AI, put to work for your results.

You have probably already tried AI. An assistant here, a tool there, perhaps a more ambitious project. One simple question remains: what is it actually bringing you?

We look at what already exists in your organization, what it costs and what it actually produces. We keep the uses that matter, set aside the others, and deploy the ones that remain for good: with a clear framework for security, compliance and who decides what.

Five strategic levers

Where AI truly changes the game

  1. Automation

Offload repetitive, low-variability tasks, where a human’s value lies not in the decision but in the formatting. The human keeps validation, the AI produces the draft.

  2. Augmented creation

Produce more, at consistent quality: drafts, variations, summaries. Brand voice stays controlled, the editorial gesture stays human, the cadence changes scale.

  3. Predictive analysis

Detect weak signals, anticipate trends, inform budget trade-offs. Decision quality improves ahead of the competition.

  4. Security

AI in the service of robustness through anomaly detection and automated compliance checks.

Our services

From audit to deployment

We cover the full cycle, from strategic diagnostic to production.

  1. AI audit

Mapping of your current uses, identification of high-leverage opportunities, prioritized action plan. A clear reading of where AI can create value, and how fast.

  2. Design and integration

Solution selection, integration of AI into your existing tools (CRM, ERP), connection to your own documents, specialization, business assistants, sovereign deployment. We design and deliver a documented solution.

  3. Training and coaching

From the executive committee to the field, through team acculturation, hands-on workshops and leadership support.

  4. Conferences and keynotes

Talks on AI in business, committees, seminars, client events. An expert voice, measured, without overselling or doom-mongering.

Frequently asked questions

FAQ

Is it better to connect AI to our documents or to specialize it?+
Two complementary approaches. The first connects an AI to your own documents and data: it answers from YOUR content, not from generic knowledge, with traceable sources. Your knowledge stays with you. The second, specialization, adjusts the AI from examples so that it adopts a style, a vocabulary or rules specific to your business. As a general rule, you start by connecting the AI to your content, which is simpler and more transparent. Specialization comes in when a consistent behavior must be locked in (tone, classification, format), or to reduce usage costs.
Where should AI be hosted: public cloud, private cloud or on our premises?+
It depends on three criteria. Data sensitivity, usage volume and internal skills. Public cloud is the fastest to set up and gives access to the most capable AIs. Private cloud provides legal control without managing infrastructure. Hosting within your own walls becomes necessary when data cannot leave the company, when speed must be guaranteed or when usage becomes intensive enough for a dedicated installation to cost less. We document this trade-off in a signed file that stands up in an audit.
Can an AI really act inside our tools securely?+
Yes. Today’s AI assistants can be connected to your internal tools (CRM, ERP, document base, files) to act there in a controlled and fully traceable way: looking up a record, preparing a document, proposing an update. Each connection relies on now-proven standards that make these links reliable, secure and auditable, without fragile custom development. The principle remains constant: the assistant prepares, a human validates sensitive actions.
Which AI should we use: Claude, ChatGPT, Mistral or Gemini?+
No single AI wins at everything. Claude excels at long-form reasoning and nuanced writing. ChatGPT is the most versatile and the best equipped. Gemini integrates naturally with the Google suite and handles text and images equally well. Mistral offers a sovereign European framework. On most of our engagements, two or three AIs coexist and are called on depending on the task at hand. This reduces costs and limits dependency on a single provider.
How long before we see an effect?+
A well-scoped pilot produces a visible result in four to eight weeks. An assistant integrated into a business tool is operational in two to four months. A group-wide AI strategy rolls out over eighteen to thirty-six months, in waves. We avoid all-at-once deployments, which almost always fail. We prefer short, measured waves.
Which skills should we keep in-house?+
At a minimum, one AI lead per business unit involved, able to frame a need, check the quality of the instructions given to the AI and challenge an output. Ideally, a cross-functional unit attached to the IT department or to an executive sponsor, combining a business profile, a data profile and a security profile. Our role is to accelerate the upskilling of these people rather than replace internal expertise with external dependency.
Will AI replace jobs?+
The honest question is: which roles will be recomposed. On our engagements, AI rarely eliminates jobs; it redistributes time: fewer repetitive tasks, more client relationships, more design work, more qualitative review. This requires an explicit HR policy, anticipated and shared with employee representatives. We systematically document the expected organizational impact, before deployment.
How do you measure the quality of an AI answer?+
Three levels. First, accuracy, measured through a sample reviewed by an expert. Second, usefulness, measured by the rate at which end users accept suggestions. Third, compliance, measured by adherence to explicit business rules. We set up a continuous evaluation system, with representative test sets and automatic flagging of problem cases.
What are the main security risks?+
A malicious instruction slipped into a document the AI will read, a data leak through a poorly controlled answer, an error presented as established fact, dependency on a single provider. For each risk, countermeasures exist: control of inbound and outbound information, isolated environments, full traceability, use of several AIs, periodic human reviews. We provide a risk grid per use case and a structured action plan.
Do you work with government bodies and public service operators?+
Yes. We support foundations, agencies, operators and institutions on use cases compatible with French state doctrine and the European regulation. We favor sovereign models, French hosting, and documentation that stands up to scrutiny. We also know how to respond to public tenders and work in consortium with other firms.
What happens at the end of an engagement?+
We hand over a complete file: the delivered solution and its documentation, the usage register, the usage policy, team training. You walk away with an asset you control, operable without us. Many clients call us back for the next wave. That is their decision, never a dependency we sought to create.
