What does CONCILIUM do?+
CONCILIUM is an independent digital advisory firm based in Paris. We bring strategy, marketing and technology under one roof, and we guarantee both the advice AND its implementation, from diagnosis to production. Our distinctive trait: we resell no licence and take no vendor commission.
Who do you work with?+
Private companies and large groups, public institutions (ministries, local governments, federations), and foundations and nonprofits. Every engagement is calibrated to the size, the stakes and the digital maturity of the organisation.

How does an engagement unfold?+
In four stages, each with a clear deliverable: scoping (diagnosis and baseline), roadmap (priorities, budget, trajectory), delivery (short sprints, regular releases) and measurement (indicators agreed upfront, measured before and after). The detail is on our Method page.
How much does it cost?+
There is no standard rate: we calibrate the quote to the actual scope of your project, never to a grid. Scoping is done at a defined cost, delivery on a fixed-price (defined deliverable) or controlled time-and-materials basis. The budget is firm before any commitment, and we clearly separate what is included from what is not.
How quickly do you respond?+
Within 24 working hours. The first exchange is free and without commitment: you receive an initial strategic reading of your project and an indicative estimate.
Do you work remotely or on site?+
Both. Our firm is in Paris (14 Cité Griset, 75011) but we operate across France and internationally, with collaborative tools and on-site work as the mission requires.
What do we need to get started?+
A point of contact, clear objectives, an openness to change and, if you have them, the existing data or materials to analyse. A few lines are enough for a first contact: we guide you through every step from there.
What happens at the end of the engagement?+
You have a delivered, documented solution, an organisation in place and autonomous teams. We organise the handover and remain available for the key moments. The end of an engagement is your autonomy, not a dependency we would maintain.
Artificial intelligence
How do you support an AI transformation?+
We start with a maturity diagnosis to identify the genuinely useful use cases. Then we build a roadmap aligned with your objectives, with budget and return on investment, and we support deployment, in short measured waves, through to adoption by the teams.
Do you provide AI tools and training?+
Yes. We select and deploy the solutions suited to your needs, and we train your teams: acculturation, hands-on workshops, coaching, tailored paths from leadership to operations. The goal is to make you autonomous, not dependent.
Can AI really simplify my day-to-day work?+
Yes, provided you target the right use cases. Well framed, AI saves time on repetitive tasks, supports decisions and smooths certain processes. We set aside the gimmicks to keep only what has a measurable effect on your activity.
Visibility and reach
Do you handle e-commerce and search?+
Yes. In e-commerce, we work on conversion, marketplaces, payment and logistics. In search, we cover SEO (organic ranking: audit, content, technical, position tracking) and GEO, search in the era of answer engines, to be cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI.
Do you help foundations and nonprofits with Google Ad Grants?+
Yes. We support eligible organisations in the Google Ad Grants programme to make the most of the advertising budget offered by Google: eligibility, account setup, campaign creation and optimisation, monitoring and compliance with the programme rules. The goal is to grow the visibility of your cause.
