Our method

How a project
unfolds

Transparency from the first exchange to delivery: our stages, our engagement model, what's included, timelines and our pricing logic. No surprises.

The process

Our method

  1. Scoping

We listen to your context, look at your tools and data as they really are, and take a baseline reading of your indicators. You leave with a clear diagnosis, not a generic quote.

    Diagnosis, prioritised challenges, baseline measurement.

  2. Costed proposal

A precise proposal: scope, deliverables, timeline, a budget calibrated to your project. You know exactly what is included before committing.

    Detailed proposal, schedule, firm budget.

  3. Delivery

A dedicated team, a single point of contact, regular check-ins and deliveries on a shared workspace. You follow progress without chasing.

Deliverables validated by stage, regular demos.

  4. Measure and next steps

We measure the indicators agreed at scoping and organise the handover: you stay autonomous. Many clients come back for the next step, by choice, never out of dependency.

    Measured review, documentation, skills transfer.

Frequently asked

Pricing, models, timelines

Do you work fixed-price or time-and-materials?+
Both. Scoping and strategy are almost always fixed-price, to guarantee budget control. Delivery runs fixed-price (defined deliverable) or as managed time-and-materials (dedicated capacity), depending on your need for flexibility. You decide.
How do you set your price?+
At a fair price, calibrated precisely to your project: scope, complexity, timeline. Never on a standard rate. The budget is costed and firm before any commitment, and we clearly separate what is included from what is not.
What are typical timelines?+
Scoping takes one to two weeks. A website or first deliverable is measured in weeks to a few months. A business platform or strategy at scale rolls out in waves over several months. We avoid big-bang projects, which almost always slip.
What happens at the end?+
You hold an asset you control: code and content fully owned, documented hosting, trained teams. You can evolve the project without us, or entrust us with the next step. It is your decision, not a dependency we built in.
