How long does it take to set up a training course?+
Allow two to four weeks between the first brief and the first session: scoping with the sponsor, adapting the materials, logistics. A proven course can start within a week; a complex blended program, more like five to six weeks.
Do you provide an LMS platform?+
Yes, for blended and asynchronous programs: content hosting, progress tracking, certificates, GDPR compliant. We can also deploy on your own LMS (Moodle, 360Learning) for integration into your internal catalog.
How do you guarantee confidentiality in coaching?+
Total confidentiality, under written agreement. No report is shared with a third party without the executive’s consent. For high-profile figures, we adapt: neutral venues, discreet time slots, minimal traceability.
How do you keep your AI content up to date?+
Our trainers use these tools on real engagements, so the materials are refreshed continuously: new models, new features, developments in the AI Act. An AI training course delivered six months ago looks nothing like today’s.
Are your training courses eligible for public procurement?+
Yes, directly or in a consortium with our Qualiopi-certified partners. We know the expectations of the public sector: DGAFP formats, staff awareness programs, mandatory GDPR, RGAA accessibility, and the associated invoicing constraints.
Do we need in-house HR skills to work with you?+
No. We adapt to a structured training department as easily as to an SME with no HR function. In that case, we handle the instructional design, logistics and administrative follow-up (agreement, attendance records, certificates).
Do you work with freelancers?+
The core of our training is delivered by our salaried senior consultants. For niche expertise or activity peaks, we draw on a network of contracted partner trainers, under our instructional and quality supervision.
Are your courses accessible to people with disabilities?+
Yes. Accessible materials, captioning, adapted rooms, adjusted pacing. Our disability officer discusses needs in advance to identify them. The accessibility of our training is consistent with our RGAA expertise.
What happens after the three-month follow-up?+
