What is a bespoke business platform?+
It is an online tool designed specifically for your activity, as opposed to off-the-shelf software. It brings your data, your actions, your users and your processes together in one place, adapting to how you actually work rather than imposing its own logic. It integrates with your existing information system and embeds AI only where it brings real value.

We run a free two-hour audit, a prioritization of your features using the must, should, could, won’t method, a comparison of market solutions and an estimate of total cost of ownership over three and five years. Across some one hundred audits, roughly 35% lead to a market solution, 40% to bespoke development and 25% to a combination of the two. Buy what is standard, build what differentiates you.
How long does a business platform project take?+
The initial analysis takes 1 to 2 weeks. The design and development of a first usable version, the MVP, runs over 8 to 16 weeks. Full platform maturity, with the complete set of modules and integrations, is generally reached over 6 to 12 months, through iterations validated with your teams.
Where is the data hosted?+
In European environments, GDPR-compliant by design. We offer three levels of sovereignty: French cloud hosts such as Scaleway, OVHcloud, Infomaniak or Hetzner; SecNumCloud-certified offerings such as Outscale, Cloud Temple or Numspot; and, if needed, a hyperscaler in the European Union zone with encryption under your own keys. You remain the owner of your code and your data.
How is AI integrated?+
Across three families of use: descriptive AI that classifies and extracts, assistant AI that proposes drafts and summarizes, and agentic AI that executes multi-step processes. When your documents need to be queried, we set up a sovereign AI connected to your own data. No sensitive external action is triggered without human validation.
What happens after launch?+
We provide maintenance, supervision, fixes and enhancements. Our model rests on long-term relationships, not deliver-and-leave. The platform evolves with your activity, your volumes and your new needs.
Which tools can the platform integrate with?+
With nearly all of your information system: CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive; ERP and accounting such as SAP S/4HANA, Sage, Cegid or Pennylane; payment such as Stripe, Adyen or Lyra; signature such as Yousign or DocuSign; telephony, email and identity management. We build reliable, durable connections with each of your tools.
Will I become a prisoner of my provider?+
No, that is a founding principle. The code belongs to you, your data is fully exportable at any time, and the solution is designed to be left. We run an annual reversibility test, whose goal is to be able to migrate in under four weeks. No artificial dependency.
Do you have sector references?+
Yes. In the nonprofit sector, we support programs such as 3018 run by the e-Enfance association. In luxury, we have designed clienteling tools, notably for Swaine London. In defense, we operate classified platforms such as laplacestrategique.fr. To these we can add foundations, local authorities and institutions.
How is security ensured?+
Multi-factor authentication, fine-grained access control by roles and profiles, tamper-proof audit log, encryption of data at rest and in transit, regular key rotation and annual penetration testing. For sensitive contexts, SecNumCloud-certified hosting and end-to-end encryption.
Do you need an in-house technical team?+
No, it is not a prerequisite. We design, develop and maintain the platform end to end. If you have a technical team, we work hand in hand with it, up to a complete skills transfer if you wish to bring maintenance in-house over time.
