Business platforms, bespoke ERP

An ERP that fits your processes,
not the other way around

CONCILIUM designs bespoke ERPs, a sovereign, proprietary alternative to vendors such as SAP, Sage, Cegid or Odoo. No recurring license, hosted in France, code you own. Business modules à la carte, progressive migration without disruption, field interfaces and useful AI.

Grid of ERP modules and connected gears
The reality

Too many ERPs impose their logic instead of serving yours.

A generic software package promises to do everything. In practice, your teams adapt their methods to the tool, work around whatever does not fit the frame and pull Excel files back out for real-world cases.

The cost is twofold: licenses that grow without ever belonging to you, and a dependence on the vendor that reduces your freedom to decide. An ERP should be an asset, not one more constraint.

A tool that fights you

Workarounds, useless fields, exports to Excel to do what the ERP will not allow: when the tool does not follow the business, your teams compensate.

Licenses that pile up

Per-user costs, modules billed separately, annual maintenance: the bill grows with you, without ever becoming an asset you own.

Dependence on the vendor

Every evolution goes through them, at their pace and their price. Migrating elsewhere becomes a deterrent-sized project. You decide less and less about your own system.

The field left behind

Warehouse, workshop and site crews record data late, on paper or not at all. Information arrives late and wrong, and the whole management chain inherits it.

Why CONCILIUM

A proprietary ERP, sovereign and shaped around you

We do not roll out yet another software package. We build, around your actual processes, an ERP that belongs to you. For genuinely standard functions, such as payroll or statutory accounting, we honestly recommend an off-the-shelf solution. Bespoke focuses where it creates value: your core business.

Your processes first

The ERP fits your business

We start from your actual flows, workshop, warehouse, purchasing, invoicing, and design the tool around them. No imposed reorganization to fit a standard frame: the ERP adapts to you, not the other way around.

Sovereignty

Code ownership, hosting in France

The source code belongs to you, your data is exportable at any time and hosting stays in France. No recurring license, no imposed dependence: a sovereign asset rather than a subscription.

À la carte

Only the modules you need

You neither pay for nor carry unused functions. We start with your most structuring need and extend module by module. A scope that matches your activity exactly.

What sovereign means, concretely

  • Source code fully owned by your organization
  • Hosting in France, SecNumCloud-certified option
  • Data exportable at any time, with no retention
  • No recurring license or per-user cost
  • Role-based access and an audit log of sensitive actions
  • GDPR compliance by design and regulatory traceability
Business modules

The modules you need, and nothing more

A bespoke ERP is not a monolithic block: it is a set of modules that cover exactly your value chain, from the warehouse to the invoice. We start with the most structuring one, then extend. And because information is born in the field, we bring interfaces there that are made to be used there.

Multi-site inventory

Real-time tracking per warehouse, reservations, rolling inventories, thresholds and replenishment alerts.

Production and BOMs

Manufacturing orders, bills of materials and routings, material consumption, workshop progress tracking.

Traceability

Lot and serial numbers, upstream and downstream traceability, barcodes and labeling, targeted recalls.

Purchasing

Purchase requests, supplier orders, receipts, discrepancy checks and invoice reconciliation.

Planning

Scheduling, resource workloads, milestones, plans shared between office and field.

Invoicing

Quotes, orders, invoices and credit notes, prices and discounts, e-invoicing compliance.

Sales and pricing

Catalog, price lists, customer terms, margin tracking as close as possible to the transaction.

Quality and maintenance

Quality controls, non-conformities, preventive and corrective equipment maintenance.

Designed for the field

Warehouse, site manager, workshop: each gets an interface suited to their work, on tablet or mobile, down to a degraded offline mode. Data is entered where it is born, so it is right.

Warehouse

Receiving and picking

Streamlined screens, barcode scanning, one-tap validation of inbound, outbound and order picking. Inventory stays accurate because it is recorded where it moves.

Site manager

Field tracking on the go

Time tracking, equipment consumption, progress and photos from a tablet, including in degraded mode when the network drops. Information comes back the same day, not at the end of the week.

Workshop

Production progress

Time and quantity reporting, manufacturing order tracking, non-conformity reporting directly at the workstation. Production is steered on real data.

Profiles by industry

A different ERP for every business

A factory, a trading business, a construction site and a consulting firm do not steer the same things. Here is how a bespoke ERP takes shape by sector, each time with the priority that really matters.

Manufacturing and trading

Production, inventory and traceability

Bills of materials, manufacturing orders, multi-site inventory and lot traceability. An ERP cut for the workshop and the warehouse, linking production to purchasing and invoicing without double entry.

Distribution and retail

Replenishment, pricing and omnichannel

Fine-grained inventory management, price lists, demand-driven replenishment and e-commerce connection. A unified view of in-store and online sales, down to margin per product.

Construction

Sites, equipment and costs

Tracking per site, equipment consumption, field time tracking and real-time costs. The site manager records on the move, management steers profitability project by project.

Services and consulting

Engagements, time and billing

Engagement management, time entry, resource planning and fixed-fee or time-based billing. A light ERP that links service delivery to financial steering.

Healthcare and social care

Traceability and compliance

Traceability of devices and lots, management of sensitive inventory, strict access control and regulatory compliance. A rigorous foundation, hostable in a certified environment if needed.

Bespoke

Your business, your rules

Your activity does not fit in any box? That is exactly where bespoke makes the most sense. We model your own rules rather than forcing them into a generic package.

Method

A progressive migration, with no big bang

Replacing an ERP overnight is risky. We proceed in batches: one module in production, validated in real conditions, then the next. Your systems coexist during the switchover, and you keep control of the pace at every step.

1Scoping

Modeling your actual processes

We map your business flows, your data and your pain points, then prioritize modules by value (must, should, could, won’t). The goal: a useful starting scope and a clear course.

2First module

Putting a key scope into production

We first build and deploy the most structuring module, in real conditions, with your teams. A first tangible building block that proves the value before extending.

3Progressive migration

Extending module by module

Data taken over and cleaned batch by batch, coexistence with the existing system during the switchover, extension at the pace you decide. No business interruption, no big bang.

4Operations

Maintaining and evolving

Monitoring, fixes and evolutions over time. The ERP keeps pace with the growth of your volumes and your needs, and a skills transfer remains possible at any time.

AI, useful and under control

Entry assistance

Pre-filling a slip, an order or a record from a document or an email. Less typing, fewer errors, under the user’s control.

Consistency checks

Detecting an inconsistent bill of materials, an inventory discrepancy or an aberrant price before validation. A discreet safeguard that makes your management data reliable.

Analysis and anticipation

Summaries of your data, replenishment signals, a reading of margins and trends. Decision support grounded in your own figures.

Integrated with your system

The ERP becomes the backbone of your management information, connected to the rest of your tools without double entry.

  • CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
  • E-commerce (online store, marketplaces)
  • Accounting (Sage, Cegid, Pennylane, QuickBooks)
  • Production tools and machines
  • Logistics and carriers
  • Payment and banking
Return on investment

The end of licenses, the beginning of an asset

What you used to pay a vendor every year funds the construction of an ERP that belongs to you and pays for itself. Add to that the productivity gains: less double entry, fewer errors, better-managed inventory and faster decisions.

Frequently asked questions

Everything an executive wants to know

Why build a bespoke ERP rather than pick one off the shelf?+
Because a standard ERP imposes its logic: you adapt your processes to the tool, you pay for modules you do not use, and you work around the vendor as soon as your business steps outside the frame. A bespoke ERP does the opposite: it fits the way you actually operate, contains only what you need, and remains your property. For genuinely standard functions, such as payroll or statutory accounting, we recommend an off-the-shelf solution instead. Bespoke is justified for the core business that sets you apart.
How is this different from SAP, Sage, Cegid or Odoo?+
These vendors offer powerful but generic packages, with a recurring license model, high integration costs and strong dependence on their ecosystem. Our approach is a sovereign, proprietary alternative: no per-user license piling up, hosting in France, code that belongs to you and an architecture designed to be left. We cite these vendors as market reference points we compare ourselves to, not as a standard to copy.
How long does building a bespoke ERP take?+
Scoping and modeling your processes takes 2 to 4 weeks. A first module in production, the priority scope, generally arrives in 8 to 14 weeks. Full coverage, module by module and integration by integration, is reached over 9 to 18 months depending on the breadth of the scope. We move forward in delivered, validated batches, never in a single cutover.
How does the migration from our current system work?+
Progressively, module by module, without interrupting your activity. We start with a well-controlled scope, let it coexist with your existing system during the switchover, then extend. Data is taken over, cleaned and reconciled with each batch. You keep the hand on the pace and can stop the extension at any time.
Which modules can you cover?+
The ones your activity requires, and only those: multi-site inventory management, production and bills of materials, traceability and lot numbers, purchasing and procurement, planning and scheduling, invoicing and credit notes, sales and pricing, quality and maintenance. We start with your most structuring need and add modules as we go, without paying for unused functions.
Where is the ERP hosted and who owns the code?+
Hosting is in France, with sovereign providers such as Scaleway, OVHcloud, Infomaniak or Hetzner, with a SecNumCloud-certified option for sensitive contexts. The source code belongs to you entirely and your data is exportable at any time. No imposed dependence on a vendor: you remain free in your technical choices and your provider.
How is AI used in the ERP?+
Usefully and under control, never as a selling point. Entry assistance to pre-fill a slip or an order from a document, consistency checks to spot an inconsistent bill of materials or an inventory discrepancy, analysis to summarize data and anticipate replenishment. No sensitive entry is validated without human control, and your data stays with you.
Can the ERP be used in the field?+
Yes, that is a central point. We design dedicated interfaces for the warehouse operator, the site manager or the workshop: simple screens, barcode scanning, operation on tablet or mobile, and a degraded mode for unstable connections. Field staff record accurately, quickly, where the information is born, which makes the whole management chain more reliable.
Does the ERP connect to our other tools?+
Yes. We set up durable integrations with your CRM, your e-commerce site, your accounting, your production tools or your logistics. The goal is a reliable, automated data flow, with no double entry, where each tool keeps its role and the ERP becomes the backbone of your management information.
Is it compliant with regulations?+
Yes. Invoicing meets the obligations in force, including the e-invoicing roadmap and its formats. Traceability meets sector requirements, for example in food processing or healthcare. Access is role-based, sensitive actions are logged and data is protected, in line with GDPR by design.
What is the return on investment of a proprietary ERP?+
It comes from two levers. First, the end of recurring licenses: what you used to pay a vendor every year funds the construction of an asset that belongs to you and pays for itself. Second, productivity gains: less double entry, fewer errors, better-managed inventory and faster decisions. Over time, a well-targeted bespoke ERP often costs less than a licensed package of equivalent scope.
Do we need an in-house technical team?+
No. We design, develop, host and maintain the ERP end to end. If you have an internal team, we work with it and, if you wish, organize a skills transfer to bring maintenance in-house over time. Since the code is yours, you are never locked in.
