Biography
Thomas Kolbé has spent 14 years supporting governments and senior institutions in their digital development.
Drawing on his experience within a ministerial cabinet, he has built a range of expertise: creating and mastering digital tools, devising strategies, and managing crises in digital communications.
Convinced that a digital image must be sincere and authentic, he is committed to giving the personalities and organisations he supports the means to manage their own online communications, grounding his approach in training and the transfer of skills.
Since 2015 he has led CONCILIUM, a firm specialising in digital support. An entrepreneur and digital expert, he holds the values of merit, integrity and versatility in high regard.
